Hi, I'm Savannah
Do you struggle with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or feeling out of sync with others?

My work focuses on understanding how relationship patterns shape your inner world and how those patterns can show up as emotional distress, overwhelm, or recurring challenges in connection. In therapy, we use the therapeutic relationship as a safe, nonjudgmental space to notice these patterns in real time and gently explore what is happening beneath the surface.

I specialize in working with queer and neurodivergent teens and adults, including those navigating ADHD, autism, identity exploration, and nontraditional or kink-positive relationships. These experiences are not signs that something is wrong with you. They are often adaptive responses to a world that was not designed with your nervous system or needs in mind. Together, we focus on building relationships with yourself and others that feel more secure, grounded, and aligned, without pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.
My Therapeutic Orientation
Therapy is, at its core, about relationships. Our relationship with ourselves, our relationships with others, and the quiet patterns that shape how we move through the world. In my work, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a safe place to notice those patterns in real time. How you show up, where you feel stuck, and what feels out of sync. Together, we get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who you are.
If you find yourself struggling with boundaries, attachment, communication, or feeling secure with others, there is a reason. Relationship challenges rarely exist in isolation. They often show up alongside anxiety, burnout, self doubt, or disconnection. Many people do not realize how much their relational world is shaping their inner experience. Therapy offers a space to gently and intentionally untangle those connections.
I specialize in working with queer and neurodivergent teens and adults, including those navigating ADHD, autism, identity exploration, nontraditional relationships, or kink positive spaces. These communities often face unique relational challenges, not because something is wrong, but because the world was not built with their nervous systems, identities, or needs in mind. I offer an adaptive, affirming, and responsive therapy space where we collaborate to figure out what actually works for you.
If you are in a season of figuring things out, your needs, your boundaries, your relationships, or how to feel more securely connected, you do not have to do it alone. Therapy does not require having everything figured out before you start. It is a place to explore, reflect, and build relationships that feel more grounded, supportive, and aligned with who you are becoming.
